And registering to vote is the first step toward becoming part of the force that can elect the right leaders!
Voting is one of the cornerstones of democracy. It gives all citizens the power to concretely and directly influence what happens in the country where she belongs. Foregoing such power by not registering means foregoing one of your most basic stakes in your country.

1) Go to the Office of the Election Officer (EO) or establish Satellite Office. Present valid ID documents*.
* Employee's ID, Driver's License, Student's ID/Library Card, GSIS/SSS ID, Passport, Postal ID, NBI/PNP clearance, Senior Citizen's ID, Integrated Bar of the Phils (IBP) ID, Licenses issued by PRC, Any other VALID ID
2) Accomplish 3 copies of Application Form (AF) in your handwriting. (Do not use titles with names)
3) Take an oath before the Election Officer (EO).
4) Demographic and biometric data will be taken using the DCM (Mandatory taking of biometric data otherwise application shall not be accepted and deemed not filed)
5) Sign in the COMELEC logbook. (Optional)
6) Receive acknowledgment receipt and proof of filing of registration
